A 24-hour phone assistance helpline provides confidential peer support and counseling to teachers and other public school employees and their families in times of personal and professional crisis. Developed in collaboration with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), AID-NJEA is modeled after the university’s Cop2Cop program, which provides similar services to police officers throughout New Jersey.
