Life Support – Educational Support Professionals are often overlooked. Their dedication and hard work often goes unnoticed, but not by teachers at Copeland Middle School in Rockaway Township. Millie Talbot is a paraprofessional who assists teachers with special needs children. Teacher Debbie Savage says Millie is underpaid, gives unselfishly hours, spends her own money for supplies and goodies for the children, and impacts the lives of hundreds of children over the years.
