TEDx Youth – TEDxYouth allows students at Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School to be empowered with the ability to speak with confidence in a public situation. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks. The production of the event is entirely student run, from stage design and lighting to catering and decorations, the students handle every detail.
