Gloucester City’s Bright Future – A new middle school in Gloucester City will soon provide students there with better educational opportunities. The state-of-the-art facility will replace the long-serving Mary Ethel Costello School where teachers and students have been admirably rising above a lack of space and aging infrastructure.
