Classroom Close-up, NJ travels to Rancocas Valley High School in Mount Holly to see what athletic trainers do in New Jersey’s public schools. Athletic trainers are a fairly new profession in public schools. The trainers prevent and provide immediate treatment for sports injuries. The trainers also conduct student athletic trainer programs, which have resulted in many students discovering life-long professions.
