Bats & Bugs II – Winfield Elementary School kindergartners and first graders learn about bats, worms and insects. This project helps children understand the importance of these creatures to the earth’s ecosystem. The students visit stations highlighting several science lessons, make bat wings, and perform skits and songs. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
