Pinelands Regional Middle School multiply handicapped students learn how to write short stories that focus on their disabilities. This project increases the students’ self esteem and communication skills while making regular education students aware and respectful of disabilities in others. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
