Café Ingles is a program that transforms a classroom into a restaurant and makes learning English fun for Spanish students. This program was so successful in Harrison School in Roselle that the teachers took this project on the road – to share with other schools around the state. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
