Culinary Arts students at Bergen County Technical High School in Paramus prepared a nutritionally sound meal for educators attending the NJEA Convention. From Chef Joseph Amabile the students not only learn how to prepare food for a demanding audience, but they also learn how to balance the art and science of culinary preparation.
