Family Bonding – Educators at Hopatcong’s Tulsa Trail Elementary conduct a science night as part of a Hipp Grant project called Family Bonding. About 50 children and parents pick one of the following projects: designing a playground, designing and building learning games with electricity, improving the street hockey program in town, or making better tasting cookies for the cafeteria. Materials will be differentiated to meet the needs of all students. Materials translated into native languages are available to non-English speaking parents.
