An off shoot of the Future Problem Solvers Club at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, FRESH was created to tackle the increasing social problem of childhood obesity. The high school students participate in an afterschool program for k-3, preparing healthy snacks like bagel faces, sushi, and fruit smoothies; learning new sports and active games; planting vegetable gardens; and creating healthy family cookbooks.
