Laura Butrus, a special needs teacher with the Egg Harbor Township School District, is the director of the EHT Eagle Greenery, a working flower shop. Her special needs students create, sell and market flower arrangements at the high school. The advanced floral students travel to Gilda’s Club, a support community (named after Gilda Radner) for people living with cancer. The students teach Gild’s Club members about the art of floral design.
