Students at the Northern Burlington County Regional High School in Columbus formed the Human Relations Council in response to racial issues. The goal of the council is to develop mutual trust, respect, and harmony among the students, staff, and the community. This involves parental involvement, crisis management, discipline, and special training for staff and students.
