MS4 KYDB Band – Jersey City music teacher Carl Botti started a rock band at his school thanks to a grant from VH-1 Save the Music Foundation. Frank R .Conwell Middle School #4 bought keyboards, headphones and a master control, thanks to a $30,000 grant that required the District to hire a new music teacher.
