Naturalization Ceremony- Marlton Elementary School fourth graders witness a naturalization ceremony as part of a social studies lesson on immigration. Five years ago a student’s father who works for Homeland Security offered to conduct the event at the school so the students could witness it. Because it was such a powerful ceremony, it has become an annual event. This story includes social justice issues.
