New Jersey educators are teaming up with the Black Ministers Council to promote parental involvement in the public schools. A pilot project will target eight urban districts. The head of the Black Ministers Council, Rev. Reginald Jackson will visit Oakwood Avenue School in Orange to discuss with NJEA President Edie Fulton and the principal of the school the benefits of this important project.
