Physics Alive – Patrick Callahan, science teacher at Delaware Valley Regional High school in Frenchtown, was a New Jersey state-level finalist in the 2008 Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching Program. His philosophy is that students learn by doing and by getting involved in the learning process, not by being passive.
