New Jersey public school teachers express their compassion and dedication for human rights by participating in Project Children. The teachers open their homes for six weeks in the summer to house children from Northern Ireland. This gives the children a break from violence in their country. NJEA is recognizing Project Children with the prestigious Human Rights Award.
