Project Lundy

Season 2008-09
Health & Safety

Synopsis

Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death for teens, with drivers more likely to be involved in a crash during their first two years behind the wheel. The New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety is working with public high schools to educate young drivers about staying safe behind the wheel. Freehold Township High School takes this program seriously by supporting a club called Project Lindy, a teen safe driving program, and a chapter of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions).
