As part of “I Love to Read Month,” all the students, staff, and parents at Drum Point Road School in Brick Township participated in a daylong Reading Festival. A nationally known storyteller and a comic book writer were among the 30 presenters encouraging children to read. The day’s activity ended with a giant wave of the colors of the rainbow as children sang the song from The Wizard of Oz.
