Rolling Thunder – Somerville High School students honor Rolling Thunder, a group that advocates for veterans’ rights. The vets explain to the high school students what it’s like to be drafted, how they felt coming back from combat, and the sacrifices they made for their country. The school creates a permanent display to honor Robert Scherdin, a Somerville High School graduate who was killed in action. His body was never recovered.
