Students at George J. Mitchell Elementary in Tuckerton (Little Egg Harbor Township) learn the value of driving on their own version of the turnpike. In what started out as a physical education project, Scooterville soon took on other educational benefits – with signs to read, tolls to pay, and safety rules to follow.
