Stars & The Arts – The legendary actress Cicely Tyson attends an unveiling of the new state-of-the-art Cicely L. Tyson Community School of Performing and Fine Arts School located in East Orange. Among a long list of celebrities attending the grant opening are CNN’s Soledad O’Brien, Angela Bassett, and Oprah Winfrey. The $143 million complex is a shared-use facility, allowing residents in the surrounding community to use the school’s library, media centers, gymnasiums, cafeterias, music and art rooms and health and dental clinics.
