Technology & P. E. – Fourth and fifth graders at Upper Elementary School in Plainsboro (West Windsor-Plainsboro) learn how to use heart monitors to determine their target heart rate while exercising. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
