Tiny Punkin Chunkin – A new program at Glassboro Intermediate School engages students through hands-on STEM experiences. Science Teacher Denise Barr instructs her students to build miniature catapults out of rubber bands, wooden sticks, and plastic spoons to see who can launch a candy pumpkin the farthest. This is all in preparation for a real Punkin Chunkin competition with high school students.
