Fran Campbell, a teacher at Absegami High School located in Absecon, has been awarded a grant of $10,000 for the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District to support an “animation” artist-in-residence program as an enhancement to one of New Jersey’s first year-long, high school, computer-based cartoon animation courses.
