Culinology – Bergen County Technical High School in Teterboro is the only high school in the country to offer a Culinology® program. The program integrates the culinary arts and food science into one curriculum that teaches the discipline of Culinology®. Previously offered only on the undergraduate and professional level, Culinology® blends the two disciplines to address the need for relevant jobs in a tough economy environment.
