Students at New Egypt Primary School combine visual art with music and movement to provoke an awareness that prepares them for life in an intercultural world. This project is the result of a grant named in honor of former NJEA President, Edie Fulton. The project includes the creation of curriculum kits about specific countries. Using the kits, students will create artwork based on a world culture and be able to identify artwork from visuals and artifacts while learning the basic elements of art and design. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
