Greenhouse – Special needs students at Lower Cape May Regional High School run a self-sufficient garden where they learn all about growing plants from seeds. Joan Dilling teaches horticultural science to about 50 students. The students grow, market and sell their plants to teachers and the community. The students will be working on poinsettias in November in preparation for the Christmas holiday.
