Join Gov. McGreevey in celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation for Excellence in Education. Ten years ago NJEA created this grant designed to fund creative and innovative ideas for the classroom. Since then more than 180 classroom projects have received nearly a quarter of a million dollars in funding.
