I Can — Preschoolers with disabilities at Parkview Elementary School in Stratford compete in the “I Can” Tournament of Champions. The children participate in a wide range of developmental activities – from an obstacle course to bowling. This tournament creates a cycle of success where all the participants are winners. Due to budget cuts, the tournament has been eliminated. Four of the students who were featured by Classroom Close-up 13 years ago, returned to participate in the final tournament.
