Partners Achieved by Linking Students links urban and suburban fourth graders in Mercer County through the computer. Students at Monument School in Trenton have been communicating on line with students at West Windsor-Plainsboro Upper Elementary School. The students have been researching and developing articles for a project called “PRIDE (Places, Recreation, Individuals, Development and Events) in New Jersey”. This program was funded through an NJEA Frederick L. Hipp Foundation grant.
