Holly Hills Elementary School in Westampton may be the only elementary school in New Jersey to participate in the national African American Read In. Parents, community leaders, professional story tellers, retired teachers and celebrities read books by African American artists. This year NJEA VP Barbara Keshishian joined Wali Lundy, running back for Houston Texans, as one of the many celebrity readers.
